Global Customer Advisory Board (GCAB)
Made up of key Saba customers representing a broad spectrum of the Saba Global customer base, The Global Customer Advisory Board (GCAB) is an independent, self-governing body with the mission of representing Saba's customers and providing input to the company on a wide range of topics, including Saba product direction, capabilities, functionality, and opportunities in new markets.
The Saba GCAB meets on a regular basis to collect, assemble, and present information on product and service offerings to Saba. This serves as a valuable part of Saba's product development cycle, enabling the company to deliver products and services that continue to be closely aligned with the needs of Saba customers.
The Saba GCAB ensures that the voice of the Saba customer is well understood. It focuses on topics that are of key interest, such as
- developing and retaining their employees
- aligning and enhancing competencies across the extended enterprise of customers, partners, employees, and suppliers
- ensuring regulatory compliance
- managing governance issues around enterprise-wide learning systems
- linking enterprise learning to performance management solutions
Saba feels the ongoing smooth operation of this group is a testament to customer commitment to the excellence of Saba.

Regional User Groups (RUGs)
The Regional User Groups meet in virtual or in-person meetings to meet and share information about Saba products and services. Meeting agenda typically include discussions around best practices, and tips and techniques for successful problem solving. Customers should contact their account representatives for information on upcoming RUG meetings.
